Admission Form
Important :
- Mere filling the online admission form does not means registration in the course. It is mandatory to deposit the registration fee at the center within 2 working days after filling the online form. After this, the center checks the uploaded documents, completes the registration process and provides information.
- Upload photo and signature in JPEG or JPG format . Max file size should be less than 50 kb.
- All other documents should be in PDF format scanned from original source. Max file size should be less than 1 mb.
- Migration and Transfer Certificate or Deceleration Document are compulsory for admission in all degree courses. Submit original of the same at centre and obtain receipt.
- Fill Candidates name , F/H Name, Mothers Name and Birth Date as per 10th marksheet , address as per adhar card.
